The plain-language terms for ordering The Ihram Kit.

These terms apply when you buy from The Ihram Kit at theihramkit.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. We have kept them short. If anything is unclear, please ask us before you order.
The Complete Ihram Kit includes a men’s 2-piece ihram cloth, an ihram belt, fragrance-free soap, sandals (sizes 8, 9 or 10), a drawstring carry bag and a compact prayer rug. You also get free PDF guides and video links. Photos are representative. Colours and fabric patterns may vary slightly between batches.
The kit does not include flights, visas, Nusuk permits, hotels or travel packages.
The price is shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and includes free worldwide shipping. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. If your card is in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address), we will contact you and give you a full refund.
Please make sure your sandal size, phone number and shipping address are correct. If something is wrong, tell us as soon as possible, before your kit is dispatched.
Orders ship from Pakistan with tracking. Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, but courier and customs delays can happen. Please order at least 2–3 weeks before you travel. We cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date. See our Shipping page for details.
Some countries charge customs fees or import duties. These are set by your country, and you pay them when they apply.
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened soap and worn ihram cloth can’t be returned unless they are faulty. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the return.
If your kit arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 14 days of delivery and send a photo if you can. We will replace it or refund you at no cost to you. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
Our PDF guides and videos are general help for pilgrims and are not a substitute for a qualified scholar. If you have a specific religious question, please ask a trusted scholar. Please do not resell or republish our guides, photos or text without permission.
If something goes wrong with your order, the most we are responsible for is the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
